Azmera = I will sing!

As Azmera headed to Israel for their first haven retreat, a worker there asked our director if she knew that "azmera" meant something in Hebrew? It had been named after an African word meaning harvest, not knowing the Hebrew meaning. Our director asked (with a little fear), what does it mean? She found out it means "I WILL SING!" Having already chosen Zephaniah 3:17 as our theme verse and Psalm 28:7 as another key verse, we saw GOD'S HAND in Azmera once again!
